1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SkillIssue Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License Grant

SkillIssue.LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SkillIssue Client for personal, non-commercial use on the BlockLeague server.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the SkillIssue Client in a manner that is consistent with the rules of the BlockLeague server. Prohibited actions include:

Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the client.
Modifying the client to gain unfair advantages not intended by the software.
Distributing modified versions of the client.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SkillIssue Client is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for 100% uptime and stability, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkillIssue.LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software, including but not limited to server bans or loss of in-game items.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the client following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
